e-Invoicing is coming. Pick your service provider now.

The FTA organised a joint meeting on e-Invoicing. Over 700 people showed up to work out which accredited service provider to use.
e-Invoicing is a UAE regulatory requirement. It means your invoices must be issued and stored in a structured digital format that the FTA can read directly. You cannot ignore it and you cannot delay it indefinitely. If you issue invoices in the UAE and you're registered for VAT or corporate tax, this applies to you.
The meeting gave businesses a chance to hear from the accredited service providers themselves — the intermediaries approved by the FTA to manage your e-Invoicing compliance. Each provider handles the technical integration, so your invoicing system talks to the FTA's network. There is no single provider; the FTA approved multiple vendors so you can pick the one that fits your workflow and systems best.
What matters now is that you do not wait until the last moment to choose one. If your invoicing software does not already support e-Invoicing, you need to either upgrade it, switch to a compliant solution, or use an accredited service provider to bridge the gap. The longer you leave it, the more rushed your implementation becomes. And a rushed implementation creates mistakes — missed invoices, formatting errors, delays in VAT return filing.
The FTA's announcement details the accredited service providers and their contact information so you can reach out and ask questions specific to your practice. If you run an architecture firm, an IT consultancy, or a design agency, your invoicing volume and frequency are different from a retail business, and your provider should understand that.
Consaya does not integrate with e-Invoicing systems or accredited service providers. What Consaya does is keep your books filing-ready and flag your VAT and corporate tax deadlines so you know when filings are due. Once your invoices are compliant with e-Invoicing rules, Consaya captures them for your accounts and makes sure the figures flow into your quarterly VAT return and annual corporate tax pack.
Start the conversation with an accredited service provider this month, not in December.
