Is Consaya right for my company?

Consaya is a cloud PSA solution for professional and creative services firms. It unifies clients, projects, resources, financials and reporting on one platform so you can deliver better, forecast reliably and improve profitability.

How does the pricing work?

Each paid plan is a flat monthly platform fee that already includes a few users, plus a low per-user rate for anyone beyond that. Team is AED 99/month including 3 users, then AED 25 per extra user; SmallCo is AED 249/month including 10 users, then AED 22 per extra user. Free covers up to 2 users at no cost, and Enterprise is quoted for larger or multi-entity groups. A small finance-led team pays one predictable base rather than a per-seat bill that punishes you for adding your accountant.

Does it handle UAE VAT and corporate tax?

Yes. Invoices are FTA-compliant with your TRN and 5% VAT, and your live VAT payable and corporate-tax estimate are always visible on the dashboard — on every plan, including Free. Downloading the ready-to-file VAT 201 and Corporate Tax packs is included from the Team plan up.

Do you cover businessman services / PRO work?

Yes, as an add-on at AED 200/month on the Team and SmallCo plans, with 7 days free. A businessman services company — a PRO company, the two names mean the same thing in the UAE — holds paperwork for other businesses, so it gets a vault per client rather than per job: Emirates ID, passport, residence visa, labour card, trade licence, establishment card and Ejari all filed under the client they belong to. Photograph a document and its number, holder and expiry date are read in automatically, and renewal reminders then run at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before expiry, tuned to the document type. Each PRO officer gets a dashboard of exactly what they have to chase.
