Businessman Services (PRO)

Government fees, client documents and expiry dates — all under control.

A PRO company holds other businesses’ paperwork and spends other businesses’ money. Consaya was built around both facts: a document vault per client rather than per job, and a disbursement engine that knows the difference between money you are holding for a client and money you have spent yourself.

How Businessman Services (PRO) firms use Consaya

Client onboarding

Open a vault per client for trade licence, establishment card, Emirates ID, passport, visa, labour card and Ejari — photograph a document and its number, holder and expiry are read in automatically.

Quote from a real price list

Build the quote from actual Tasheel and government fees, separated from your service fee, so the client sees exactly what they are paying for.

Job floats

Advance cash to a PRO officer against a job, then match every receipt back to it — checked by somebody who was not the person who spent it.

Disbursements, treated correctly

Whose name is on the government receipt decides everything. A receipt in the client’s name is a pure-agent recharge, outside the scope of VAT; one in yours is your cost with recoverable input VAT. Consaya stores the model on the payment, not at reporting time.

Renewal reminders

Expiry reminders run at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days, tuned to the document type, and each officer gets a dashboard of exactly what they have to chase.

In the UAE

Pure-agent versus agency-service treatment is modelled on the payment itself, so government fees never quietly inflate your turnover or your VAT return.

What changes

  • Never miss a visa or licence expiry
  • Recharge government fees without a VAT error
  • Know which officer is holding which float
