UAE E-Invoicing
From 2027 a UAE tax invoice has to travel as a structured PINT AE document over the Peppol network, through a service provider the Ministry of Finance has accredited. Consaya produces the document; the accredited provider transmits it. You do not need to go and find one, contract with them separately, or move your invoicing somewhere else — it is 1 AED per document, through Consaya.

Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more appoint an accredited service provider by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Below AED 50 million, the dates are 31 March 2027 and 1 July 2027. Government entities go live 1 October 2027.
The penalties under Cabinet Decision 106 of 2025 are per document: AED 100 for an invoice not in the required format, capped at AED 5,000 a month per category, AED 5,000 a month for failing to appoint a provider by the deadline, and AED 1,000 a day for not reporting a system failure.
Accreditation requires a Peppol-certified provider with at least two years of operation, information-security and business-continuity certification, minimum capital, and a live trial on the FTA’s production environment. Any software vendor telling you it will be accredited in time for a 2027 deadline is either already two years into that process or is guessing. We partner with a provider who is, and we say so.
What that means in practice is that Consaya is Corner 1 — the system the invoice is created in. Everything the network validates on is already recorded correctly here: the tax category behind each rate, the reason a party has no TRN, a document identifier that survives a re-send. A document that would be rejected is caught while it is still yours.
1 AED per document is the Consaya price and includes the accredited provider’s transmission — there is no second contract and no separate provider bill. As with everything on this page, third parties change their pricing; this is reviewed on the same fortnightly cycle and the date above is when it was last checked.
