Telegram
WhatsApp and SMS both meter. A firm that wants its finance team told about every payment pays for every one of those tellings, forever, and the bill grows with the business. Telegram’s bot platform charges nothing per message. For alerts that go to your own staff, that is the entire argument — and it is the only integration on this page with no rate card, because there are no rates.

A Telegram bot cannot start a conversation. There is no number to send to — the address only comes into existence after the person has opened the bot and pressed Start. That is Telegram’s rule, not a limitation of our build, and it cannot be worked around.
So this is a channel for your team, not for your customers. Anyone promising you Telegram as a way to chase a client who has never heard of your bot is promising something the platform does not allow. Chasing clients stays on email and WhatsApp; Telegram is where your own people find out that the money landed.
From Settings, each person taps a link that opens the bot already carrying a one-time token. Telegram hands us the chat, we attach it to that person’s Consaya account, and the link dies — it is single use and expires in fifteen minutes, because it travels as plain text through the chat and is a credential for the whole of that inbox.
Leaving is one word. Send /stop to the bot and the connection is gone from our side immediately, without opening the app and without asking anybody. Blocking the bot works too, and we treat it as the same instruction rather than retrying a dead chat forever.
Payment alerts go to whoever holds finance authority in your workspace: the amount, the invoice, the client, and whether anything is still outstanding on it. Approval requests, document-expiry warnings and overdue chases travel the same route — the same events that already reach you by email, on a channel that is read in seconds and costs nothing.
What it is not is a system of record. Telegram is a convenience — fast, free and read on a phone — and the ledger, the invoice and the audit trail stay in Consaya where they can be proved. If a message never arrives because someone changed phones, nothing about your books is different.
Telegram’s bot platform is free to use and Telegram may change that. Consaya charges nothing for this integration either way.
